INGREDIENTS

AVOCADO FISH CASSEROLE: Mix avocado pieces into sauce. Place fish in a dish and pour mixture over fish. Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese over top and bake at 350 until cooked. 

CITRUS FISH: Season fish with your choice of spices, add pineapple, peaches or mango to sauce and cook with fish or use as a garnish.
