British Columbia Salmon Rub-Plank Combo
Shake container prior to opening. Break up the rub if it has caked. Coat salmon with olive oil and completely cover salmon with rub. Put salmon on plank and place on BBQ. Cover and and cook over medium heat with lid closed.Keep checking salmon. It should start looking like the picture. Salmon is done when flaky and opaque. Let me know how it turns out.
